Windsurfmarket: It was exactly 1 year ago, when we made an interview with you. The main topic was the minds wide open movie. This time you also had a premiere, but the video is free. What is the reason for that?

Andre: Due to my health I had no time to produce a full length movie. So I focused mainly on a Movie about Gollito. Once we started it turned out that the choice was great and the movie and investment got more complex over the time. So the final version now measure 18Minutes.
For my taste it was to small to offer it on DVD and Itunes was hard to get it available World Wide. I had no other Option then to leave it for free because in the End I wanted to be sure that a lot of people will watch the movie. It was hard to finance it and most of the money I paid myself. We left people the Option to Donate Money to support the Movie and the concept of Quality.

Wsmarket: - How do you see right now, will you make new movies? There must be a lot of time and money invested..

Andre: It is hard to find Topics which Interest me. If I make a Movie then I want to do something no one else was doing before. With Rewarded we show Gollito like he never got shown before thats great but I dont know whats next. It feels like we have done plenty and the next step seems far and also maybe a bit to expensive to make it with my own savings again.

Wsmarket: - Which movie of yours is your favourite?

Andre: It was for a long time Four Dimensions. But now I am really Proud on Rewarded. I believe the Camera Work. The Quality and angle of Footage plus the Story and Informations the movie give to people is something we did not achieve on other movies. So here we clearly moves forward. We let people talk. We let Gollito talk - and it is interesting - thats new and really it made me Happy to see my friend talk.

Wsmarket: - Which is the movie which inspired you the most and which are the "must see ones" in your opinion ( dvds- and online movies too?)

Andre: Four Dimensions you should see. Minds Wide Open was good too. Wet and Salty is funny. It was our first movie and it shows all the guys when they were really young in little profiles. But to be honest... with Rewarded we did something bigger. We describe a character. We describe a Windsurfing Star and we dont hold back with Informations. Also we followed a plan and sticked to it - while the other movies progressed over the time and there basically was no plan. So I must say Rewarded. And as it was our last movie it shows we still get better. And that means the next one (if there is one) will again put a knot more on it.

Wsmarket: - So now you finished a project, what's next?

Andre: I hope i can get Healthy. But thats 1000times more diffecult then do a Movie or Win a champion ship. It is more own big contest every day to fight against cancer. But in my mind I am thinking of new projects and ways to deliver something which makes people happy and wanna go out sailing.

Wsmarket: - How are you goin' and what are you doing nowadays? Hopefully windsurfing somewhere..?

Andre: I am going Windsurfing now. It looks like 4.2 and some wave are rolling in. So it is not too bad if I would just loose ONE problem then it would be perfect.
